Usually look forward to going to yoko, however on this occasion I was very annoyed. The blonde lady at the door wearing the yellow blouse and glasses took our drink order, she became rude and had a sarcastic tone when we asked for water for the table. Not impressed by this at all. The staff are usually very good, but on this occasion one let the whole team down. I think a reminder in how to talk to and treat customers is needed.
