Once received a plaster in my food, about 2 years ago, will not go back, due to the ignorance of the phone staff insisting i was lying, appox an hour later someome called up to my house for the plaster/food Eventually agreed thats what it was, told they they would replace the whole order (had ordered for 5 other people also, which had been taken away) Later on they delivered one meal that had the plaster in it.. i told the man at the door that they had taken all of the meals away... he was very rude about it, even though the mistake was theres... quick ending, took hours to receive cold food which we had asked for a refund because of the thought of even trying to eat after that and also because the kids that were there, were hungry/tried to wait any longer.. will never be back.
