I have been going to Gareths castle rock road for years, it is a decent chippy ,the prices are resonable but have risen and it's starting to get a bit dear,but for good food it's worth it.And would recommend it to anyone

Food was great. HOWEVER the customer service was a disgrace. The woman who served us definitely didn't want to be there. We ordered, with no smile and we got served with no smile or response. She was unbelievably rude. If you don't want to work in customer service just don't!!
This is where I go if I want a chippy. Never had a problem in the place and its always busy. Food is good, theres a good selection and prices are reasonable. Service is quick although you do have a slight wait as with any bust chip shop.
Great food at a great price, but the customer service was awful both times I have went, no smiles, no enthusiasm, slightly rude, for that reason I might never go back which is a shame
