Was in to help an elderly person sort his phone, which had been disabled. The guy at the desk put us through to customer service. I being slightly deaf couldnt understand the person on the other end of phone . The guy at desk when told this just shrugged his shoulders. Repeatedly. So rude no help personality terrine . Be a long time before I am in there again
