wide selection. staff at the tills helpful. some male staff floor walkers give the perception they are not easily available.
Very disappointed. Pensioner discount card restricted to gardening and Christmas products. Very blinkered and miserable decision by B&Q. This is one customer whose loyalty has been lost. I will shop elsewhere in the future. It's not as though B&Q is currently making great profits and can afford to lose any more customers
Customer service horrendous no help what so ever despite have spike two 2 staff members on the shop floor . Both of them listen to my enquiry whilst continuing to focus on the task they were doing . No eye contact no offer of help .I was looking for a lot basket. Was told not my department by the first person I spoke to and the second guy just said not sure try over on the isle were the fire places are. Totally discussed came away and went else were.
We purchased some floor tiles at the Coleraine store and I must commend the young man, Jerome, who helped us with our purchase in an efficient and courteous manner, and organised the delivery. The two delivery men, Paul and Gary, were also great and even though the site wasn't the easiest for them they went the extra mile to place the delivery for us. Thank you.
