Had a query about my new licence being processed. The Customer service guy, Steven was brilliant. Answered all my questions and was able to tell everything was in order.
would give 0 stars if I could absolute shambles ringing every 15 minutes and no answer should just shut up shop and move everything to Swansea already

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent away my application for licence renewal with a 30 postal order and after 4 weeks I heard nothing so contacted them as my licence was due to expire a day later. Couldnt get through on the phone so emailed them to be informed that they didnt have my details on record so I responded and 5 days later no email response or success phoning them. I then sent another email and they informed me that they had not yet received my renewal application - Royal Mail tracking said this was signed for a week after I posted. Emailed again stating this and no response so I finally got through on the phone to be told they dont know what happened, that I couldnt legally drive and that I need to submit another application and pay 30. I was disgusted. They didnt care about my need to drive for work and they said the forms would be sent out within a week. They are incompetent and they all need sacked and replaced by competent and professional staff immediately.
Would leave 0 star if I could. Applied for provisional license start of March and took them about 5 weeks to send it. Only send for print after I rang and queried where it was. Then they spelled my name wrong. Nobody checked the backside of my ID where an alternative spelling was. (They admitted on the phone that they didnt check it. What do you send it for please???) I had sent it back immediately for correction and after 3 weeks havent heard back. So I rang them again and they said they would sort it within 24 hours. 2 days later and I still dont have my license and not sure if I am able to sit my theory test. They said they might be able to send me a certificate to state I have a license but it would be charged for. I dont see why I have to pay ANOTHER extra fee because they messed it up not me... very annoyed.
