Supprised at the low ratings. Cheapest car insurance by a mile. Great to get your first year or two no claims. The driving alerts help cut out any bad habits. Just make sure to buy enough miles first time around
Not possible to speak to certain departments directly. Need to wait for them to call back but they ring once and hang up almost as fast. Couldn't give you any stars as you are impossible to deal with.
Been with Boxymo over 6 months now and never had a problem with them. Online chat is very helpful. Anyone that does have a problem with them clearly doesnt stick to the rules of the road (speeding). Never had a speeding event. And if I ever had any questions the online chat was very helpful. Highly recommended! I would have never got insurance only for boxymo with their cheaper quotes! 5 stars
Solid car insurance. Black box is installed in your car, weekly texts sent to you regarding your driving behavior and monthly scores allotted based on your recent driving. Ive had very good experiences with their customer service in the past- which is a rare thing to hear these days. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Price-wise (for having a box in your car) and in terms of car changes (temporary and permanent) the company leaves a bit to be desired.
Worst insurance company out there!!, extremely difficult to get in contact with if you have a query. If you have a son or daughter, dont insure them with this insurer as youll regret it. There are many other decent insurers out there. This insurance is cheap for a reason , once you use the kilometers, you have to purchase more , which would eventually equate to a decent policy with liberty or 123. You cannot call them , they call you. So if you work , you will more than likely miss your opportunity to talk to them. They also run an i message facility which allows you to submit a request to be contacted , you can only do this once a day, and from my experience you may not be contacted until the next day , which is very unprofessional. The bottom line is, do not insure yourself, son or daughter with this company.
