Disappointing service. Rang to book a holiday, gave all details and deposit. Was told they'd ring back to confirm flights. No one rang back! When I rang back the price had now almost doubled from what had been advertised. There are other better companies to use. Disappointing.
Very happy with the young girl who booked our holiday..my complaint and big concern is that when we received our tickets the atol certifcate attached wasnt ours but belonged to another family..when i rang about it there was no apology..the staff member just said they would post ours out..i raised a concern about confidentiality but she brushed it off..a careless mistake which should have been all checked before documents were handed over
Not very impressed with this company I've telephoned a few times about prices for holidays one in June and one for next year 2019 but I'm still waiting on someone returning my call was told I would be phoned back on the day I phoned but no phone call sorry just not impressed & not good for business in my view
