Have been going here for shoes since I could walk. Service is second to none, each member of staff really knows their stuff. They won't try and sell you anything you don't need.
Bought school shoes displayed at 49.99 along with a second pair. Got home to realise I'd been charged 57.99. Phoned up to complain and enquire about a refund. Was asked if I'd never heard of somebody making a mistake! A refund was not on offer but a lot of attitude was. Would suggest customer services training for their manager. The only mistake here was clearly going there in the first instance and attempting an honest transaction.
