From the first phone call Kate was nothing but helpful, she personally picked me up from my home and drove me to the building site which is now myself and my fiancee's new home. They were knowledgeable and honest about the housing market (which is rare with estate agents), and I had regular contact with them. They suggested effective ideas to improve the marketing and sale of the house (leafleting, some cleaning and redecoration and not having tenants in their).
