Tried to book a room over the phone for Exeter for this Thursday night over the phone as im partially sighted and cant do it on my phone. Turns out Premier Inn want to penalise people who are sight impaired by charging 10 more to book over the phone. Had to ask a random stranger to book it for me causing further embarrassment. Girl on the phone was lovely and explained she has to charge the higher rate.
Food basic but lovely relaxing place to go
Excellent, comfortable, it's not the ritz, but then it isn't going to be at the price. Friendly helpful staff, highly recommend. Plenty to do around the area.
