never take your precious jewellery here to have mended and definetly not resized. had the worst experience of my life with this jeweller and he destroyed my enegagement ring through doing a resize down, soldered it when i specifically asked for it to be lasered, then when approached about it basically said take it or leave it, was a good job and i was over-reacting. had me in tears for days, nasty piece of work, and he actually owns the store
