We spent around 5000.00 with Right Price the issue we had with this company was, we arranged for one of the carpet's to be fitted by one of there in house fitters. The fitter made a mess of the carpet we complained to the fitter who did come back had another go but was still was a mess with bits cut out and the carpet started to lift. We went back to RP who advised us it was nothing to do with them and walked away from it! We had to pay another fitter to remove, refit part of the carpet, purchase additional carpet, which we paid for all this again! This experience has left us rather annoyed after spending a considerable sum with Right PriceWould never use again!To reply to the below from RP this was discussed with Richard at the time and he was not interested hence why we have taken this step. We didn't want to have to do this but were very annoyed how this was handled after spending a fair sum!! I hope others learn from our experience with RP
Very good with complete courtesy and patience as we were enquiring about a lift and rise chair for our elderly mother. Chris has such a lovely personality. We will be discussing chair with other members of the family before a final decision is made. 10 out of 10 from me.

What a lovely store to visit - staff are extremely helpful - dealt with a young lady called Donna who was very friendly and willing to find out anything I needed. Lovely little coffee shop serving fresh scones and coffee. Will 100% be back again - there is a lovely little sofa I have my eye on.
