Disappointing service, charged a large amount to fix phone, then it was faulty again 3 days later. Would not stand over repairs, cost be nearly 80 for nothing. Never go near them!As for your comment below, you already had your opportunity to sort the issues. Hence the review on here.
Got my phone fixed and the screen has mind of its own!! Got a second screen and it was faulty as well! 1 Star is being generous! Don't recommend what so ever.
Excellent experience! Helpful courteous staff, efficient systems, fair price and all done very quickly! Had my iPhone fixed in under 45 mins! And laptop in 48 hrs from leaving it with them. I liked getting the text to say it was ready for collection! Very professional! Would definitely recommend this place!
Wouldn't recommend!! Took my phone to replace the front and back screens. 64 seemed like great value but after getting my phone back I noticed a chip in the screen which soon spread. I took it into the shop to be told the 3 month warranty doesn't cover this! What a joke! Obviously the screen replacements they use are very low quality hence why their prices are cheaper than other places! Do yourselves a favour and pay for a good quality repair that will last more than one day!!!!
I really like this shop. The staff are good at their job; they are kind and helpful; they also charge a reasonable price; and they are even good at explaining the issues to those who are not computer experts themselves. From time to time, they purchase things of mine for reconditioning and re-sale. I bought an excellent Ipad from them myself. I am very glad that they are in Coleraine and will keep using them.
