Checked the website on Friday morning - the item I wanted was in stock - placed my order around 9.45am and less than 10 minutes later received an email to say that my item had been dispatched, and it arrived the next day, along with a hand-written note! Will definitely be ordering more in the future. Great service.
This is an incredible store! I ordered 2 Barbour jackets online and Stephen had them shipped and delivered to Scotland within 2 days, and there was even a nice hand written note in the package.
