Awful service, staff very rude when I went in for a tyre change. I wish I could say 0 stars. Wont be back.
If I could give no stars, I would. Called to get tyres checked. Told to come back in half an hour for two new tyres. Quoted 65 each. Returned to be told 85 each. Waited over 2hrs to be told they didnt have them in stock. Wont be back!!!
Drove over something on the road today in my van. There was air coming out of the tyre. Quickly drove to Charlie's and they had it fixed in no time. Thanks guys. Highly recommended
Extra work carried out that I didn't ask for. Also told needed new front brakes on my car at a cost of 425 when the parts only cost 80. They didn't seem happy that I refused. It's easy to say that I will never darken their door nor recommend them.
Went in as my car had developed a rattle, it was something simple which they fixed in minutes at 5pm on a Friday. And they didn't charge! It was just a small heat panel that had gotten loose. I am very grateful and happy with the service I received.
